I was given a very warm welcome when I arrived and the staffs were very friendly and hospitable. The few days I stayed at The Springz Hotel, I was very comfortable and happy mostly because of the kindness and attentiveness of Mr. Simon Tawfiqu Rahman and his colleague Mr. Najib.. They really go the extra mile to help me whenever I asked for any help. I went to attend an athletics event and the hotel is quite close to the venue, I could walk, and the direction given by hotel staff was very clear. Room is simple but clean and cozy. The hotel location is good for my needs. If I ever visit Bukit Jalil I wouldn't think twice to stay at Springz hotel again. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

Staffs are all very friendly and work highly efficient. Facilities all functioning good Location is good, near Bukit Jalil Stadium and Axiata Arena. Many convenient shops and restaurants are surrounding as well.

Overall the room is clean and comfortable with the basic amenities given. Iron and hair dryer will be provided upon request. During my stay the wifi cannot be used. Many eateries around the hotel. However parking is quite hard to find, need to park by the roadside. It is walkable distance from bukit jalil st and axiata arena

I was there for 21 days , first look its a big hotel , the staff is extremely friendly , polite and treated us very well . The rooms are just wow, great interior and spacious.

The room was very hygienic and cozy. Staff was very professional and friendly. it was a quiet and peaceful, there was no disturbances from others.

I love it when they provide electrical kettle in the room together with coffee n tea... No need for me to go outside take from the water heater (cuckoo/coway) Got lift also. Wifi password u can get it from the counter. Water heater functioning well with good n strong water flow. The best part is a lot of restaurants n convenience store nearby. Everything is good so far with a good price.

Close to Beam so can use to go to bukit jalil concert, lots of food choice near area, KKmart & 99speedmart nearby , restaurant and mall , Grab got.

The Staff is friendly and very Kind. We only stayed 2 nights, and for us, the location was perfect. If you have a bus to catch at TBS, it's only 10 minutes away with a grab. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby, We recommend this place :)
